Tried this location when passing through the area on a trip. It was a very short distance from the exit. The wait for drinks and food to go didn't take too long. Lucky that the rain probably kept it from being super busy. Used automated terminals to place the order and they are easy to use and allow you to put in any notes. Tried the gluten free role and it was good. Lots of drink options. Like the look and feel of the place. Staff friendly.
Great coffee, sandwiches and service! Heather was great and handled an unhappy customer whose order was wrong with grace & professionalism. It should be noted that this customer placed her own order via the touch screen and got exactly what she ordered. Myanna is also wonderful! But was not here during my visit today.
The Grind never disappoints! The caramel macchiato is really good as are the smoothies. The staff is always very friendly too. Always a good experience! So glad to have this place in wytheville!
Cute place. Tech boards let you choose your items and they have an extensive selection. My mocha blended coffee was delish! And thank you for the adorable sleeve!
Great environment friendly staff I went just in time before they closed at 2pm I think they either ran out of coffee or actually closed during that time. Got to taste a cup of fresh coffee. Would go back to try again for other items on menu if in the area.
A nice find while stopping in Wytheville. Great breakfast and friendly staff. Saw a previous review say ordering was hard, maybe if you don’t know how to use a smart phone or iPad. It was simple and quick. We ordered a breakfast sandwich and a breakfast wrap plus coffee. Everything was great. I would come here all the time if I lived in the area. Reasonably priced too.
We came in right as their entire system went down but they still took our order on pen and paper and everything was really good! The coffee and food we got was top notch and quality and unbelievably they gave us our food for free because their system was down, probly about 20 worth which was not expected at all, we sat outside at the tables and enjoyed the nice day before getting back on the road for our 1600 mile trip. I hope this place does well as the staff was pleasant and friendly and the food and drinks were very good.
